Our Event Space
Welcome to our stunning event space, which is perfect for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. The Pond has recently completed the first phase of renovations, refreshing both the downstairs living areas and the outdoor spaces. The result is an open, inviting setting that creates an easy flow between indoors and out, with multiple dining and gathering areas where your group can relax, celebrate, and enjoy time together.
The home offers a spacious, open layout designed for gathering, entertaining, and relaxing. The kitchen opens to two dining areas and a comfortable sitting area overlooking the back patio and pond, creating a natural connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
A second living area, or den, provides two additional seating areas, an attractive fireplace, and a half bath. Also located downstairs is a private bedroom with a queen bed and full bath featuring accessible accommodations. The bedroom has its own exterior entrance, making it an ideal space for a bride and her wedding party to get ready before the ceremony.
Upstairs, the home features four bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom includes a California king bed and private bath with shower. A second bedroom features built-in bunk beds, perfect for children, while another offers two twin beds and the fourth includes a queen bed. These three bedrooms share a full bath with a tub.
A separate guest house provides additional privacy and includes a queen bed, full bath, and kitchenette. For weddings, this space works beautifully as a dedicated getting-ready area for the groom and groomsmen.
The outdoor areas offer even more space for guests to gather and enjoy the property. A covered outdoor dining area is complemented by a large deck with two sofas and a gas fire table overlooking the grounds. The four-car covered carport can easily be transformed into a reception area or gathering space for larger groups, and an adjoining room provides convenient storage for event supplies, décor, and equipment.
